Bodie McNaught is a Managing Director and Practice Lead for Interim Legal Talent based in our Los Angeles office. He strives to build strong and lasting relationships with his clients seeking to understand their specific legal team challenges and then providing strategic solutions. Whether identifying talent gaps for specific projects and interim needs or advising on contract management solutions, Bodie goes the extra mile to gain a true understanding of his clients. He treats his clients with respect and offers honest, thoughtful guidance. Bodie is often described as a natural leader with a talent for getting the most out of people, which is why he excels as a Practice Lead. In this role, he serves as a coach, mentor and leader to other consultants throughout Southern California, Arizona, Nevada and the Midwest. He oversees their development and ensures our consultants are consistently growing in their roles and supporting their clients to the best of their abilities. Bodie grew up in New Zealand and moved to Southern California in 2010. He is passionate about travelling and learning about new cultures. While in college, Bodie played for the premiere rugby team and represented his region in various competitions. In addition, he was also active in the development and implementation of both the youth and female rugby programs within his region.
