Natalya is the leader of the Consulting Practice at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and specialises in Organizational Development, as well as the assessment and development of leadership and teams. Prior to Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Natalya led the HR function in multinational and local companies for more than 15 years. She also worked as HR Director at leading agrarian and industrial holdings and had experience working as a Vice President HR at one of the largest banks in Ukraine. Additionally, Natalya has also implemented a number of HR projects in Retail as an invited expert outside Ukraine. Natalya has a certification on personnel assessment from Thomas International’s (Personal Profile Analysis) and an IFC Erickson University Professional Coach Certificate (Canada).
