Joanna has worked across many sectors since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2016. Clients include liberal arts and humanities schools as well as engineering and science institutions. She has also worked with several foundations and nonprofit community organizations. Among her high-profile searches are the presidential searches at Interlochen Center for the Arts and Sarah Lawrence College and the inaugural Pritzker Director of the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation at the University of Chicago. Previously, Joanna focused on public and nonprofit management at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. In that role, she also conducted extensive research on the intersection of agriculture and race. Her commitment to growing diversity within executive leadership is fueled by her belief that organizations benefit from leaders with a range of experiences, cultures, and perspectives. Outside of work, Joanna volunteers with #popscope Boston.
