Prior, Mrs. Simon has held various global HR Director roles in the insurance/reinsurance and travel industry and worked as consultant for a premium leadership solutions consultancy, whilst being based in Australia, Switzerland and Germany. She began her career as a psychotherapist working with a clinic for addictive behaviour. Mrs. Simon holds a Master of Business Administration and European Economics from Saarland University as well as a Master in Educational Science from the J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt. She is a certified executive coach and holds several accreditations in a broad range of assessment, psychometric testing, psychological counselling and organizational development. Ms. Simon is fluent in German, English and speaks some French.
