Uroš focuses on senior leadership positions at technology companies within financial services and B2B. He works with leading local and international investors and some of Benelux’s most exciting growth companies to attract world-class talent to scale and compete internationally. Prior to joining True, Uroš was partner at an Amsterdam-based executive search boutique founded by former McKinsey and Ronald Berger consultants, where he worked with venture capital and private equity investors securing C-suite talent for early-stage startups and mid-cap technology, retail and industrial companies. Before entering executive search, Uroš worked in scientific research, having started his career as a diplomat in New York, Brussels and Delhi. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Harvard and a Ph.D. in history and civilization from the European University Institute.
