After her degree in Economics, Elena completed a Master’s course in Human Resources Management at LIUC University in Castellanza. She has 14 years of Recruitment and Selection experience. She joined Aims International in July 2014 after 10 years in another company and manages mainly Industrial and Pharmaceutical projects.
