Pierre Lefebvre conducts C-level executive and board assignments for companies in the financial services, private capital, and industrial sectors. Based in Montréal, Pierre leads Russell Reynolds Associates for the Province of Quebec and the Maritime provinces. He is also a member of the firm’s Industrial & Natural Resources Practice. Pierre is respected for his ability to rapidly understand critical issues facing an organization and how they impact executive and board talent. Pierre most recently worked with SECOR KPMG, providing strategic and transactional advice to businesses in the aerospace, energy, infrastructure and transportation fields. He was previously the CEO for Agence des Partenariats Public-Privé du Québec, a government agency responsible for transforming the procurement process for public infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Pierre worked in Paris, London and Toronto with Nortel Networks. Earlier, he held positions at Pricewaterhouse and Martineau Walker in Toronto and Montreal. Pierre attended the University of Western Ontario and earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business where he was a Richard J. Schmeelk fellow and an LL.B. from Université de Montréal Law School.
