Ms. Hamilton is responsible for developing strategic relationships with clients, driving differentiated client experiences, and enabling an issue-based platform approach to generate client impact. Ms. Hamilton serves as a strategic business consultant to executives and board of management teams around succession, talent acquisition, executive development, rewards and benefits, and organizational strategy. Her focus is gaining a deep understanding of the business strategy in order to provide an integrated approach to talent that drives impact. Ms. Hamilton has led significant international project delivery teams. Though the team members were diverse in many ways, they were able to perform as one global team exceeding anticipated targeted results. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hamilton was the Vice President of Sales at Cargill in one of the company's food ingredient businesses. She also served as the Global Lead for leadership and commercial programs at Cargill. Prior to Cargill, Ms. Hamilton was a Partner with the Gallup Organization, where she focused on business strategy, as well as client delivery. In addition to consulting, Ms. Hamilton served in various roles with the Estee Lauder Companies, including Sales & Marketing Director and Talent Consultant. She began her career at Target Corporation as an Assistant Buyer. Ms. Hamilton earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
