Philippe is a member of Stanton Chase’s Consumer Products & Services, Professional Services, and Private Equity Practice Groups. He is currently based in our offices in Paris and Lyon.​ The depth of Philippe’s experience is extraordinary. He has been a consultant, an entrepreneur, and a Human Resources Director for large corporations.​ Due to his business-oriented approach to human resources, he has gained experience in a variety of sectors, including FMCG and financial services.​ Philippe spent eight years as the Human Resources Director of an international retail company before joining Stanton Chase. Prior to this, he managed various operational entities, including e-commerce, industry and banking, and Group HR.​ Additionally, Philippe managed the consulting firm he founded for 13 years. In this period, he worked with companies with a variety of corporate governance structures on reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.​ Having obtained a Magister’s Degree in Labour Law from Paris-Nanterre University, Philippe then went on to earn a Postgraduate Degree in Labour Law and Union Law. Additionally, he holds a certificate in Board Administration from ESSEC.​ Philippe speaks both French and English fluently.
