Mr. Beck has over 16 years of sales, commercial development and client leadership experience across a variety of sectors and industries. He is known for his ability to lead with integrity and enable employees, peers, and clients to achieve their full potential. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Beck led the UK and Ireland commercial team for a leading outplacement and HR consulting firm where he was responsible for increasing client growth, retention and engagement. Previously, Beck held senior leadership roles for various companies in US, UK, and EMEA. Beck holds a bachelor's degree in international studies from Brigham Young University.
