Jim has more than 35 years of experience in operations, R&D, and general management in both industry and consulting. He has been a president and CEO at an international public company, focusing on postmerger integration and operational improvement. He has also focused on business-operating-model improvement in the areas of supply chain, business management, manufacturing processes development, SG&A optimization, R&D, and new product development. Jim has extensive experience as a sales leader and is an industry-leading practitioner of sales and operations planning. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a managing director at PwC. Jim has an MBA from Duke University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has lectured in business programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Clarkson University.
