Victor Neary is a Senior Managing Director with Robert Half Executive Search who brings over 20 years of business and consulting experience to identify C-suite and senior-level leaders to client companies across a range of industries and functional areas.   Victor joined Robert Half in 2005 and was Vice President in Robert Half’s Finance and Accounting permanent placement division in midtown Manhattan for more than 10 years before joining Robert Half Executive Search. Before joining Robert Half, Victor led a boutique business management firm in Manhattan offering services to small- to midsize clients.  Victor is a native of Ireland and an experienced traveler, having visited extensively throughout Africa, Europe, and Central and South America. He is also a general aviation pilot.    Victor graduated from The University of South Africa with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. and earned his CPA license.
