Biography
A Consultant in WittKieffer’s Physician Integration & Leadership Practice, Holly Nandan has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration within academic medical centers, community hospitals, and physician practices. Her areas of expertise include physician recruiting, physician services, operations management, and business development, combined with a successful record of project management and system integration activities. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) since 2007, Holly brings to her work with clients a deep understanding of healthcare’s primary leadership challenges and an enthusiasm for identifying exceptional physician executives and administrators who can guide their organizations into an uncertain yet exciting future in healthcare.
Before joining WittKieffer, Holly spent nearly two decades in key administrative roles at Maywood, Illinois-based Loyola University Medical Center (part of Trinity Health), most recently as Regional Director of Provider Services. In this role she was responsible for physician recruitment and contracting for three hospitals and an 800+ member physician group, for which she oversaw onboarding, off-boarding, credentialing, and academic department administration. Other roles at Loyola included Regional Director of Physician Recruitment and Business Development, Executive Director of Community Medicine, Director of Physician Recruitment and Network Development, and Director of Faculty Recruitment. Earlier in her career, she was Manager of Clinical Operations, Pediatric Ambulatory Care for Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital of Oak Lawn, Illinois, as well as Assistant Director for Texas Children’s Health Centers in Houston, where she began as an Administrative Fellow.
