Her passion and intention around the development of women has helped shape contemporary practices around formalized sponsorship, paving the way for organizations to realize the full potential of their talent. Sarah has also worked extensively developing top talent across industries, with deep experience in life sciences, healthcare, hi-tech, finance, entertainment, and consumer products. Sarah earned her a BA in Communication at the University of New Hampshire, with a focus on media, cultural studies and business. She has received professional certifications in OD and LD, and has led teams, client assignments, and organizational transformation efforts in over 25 Fortune 500 organizations around the globe.
