20+ years of senior management and leadership experience in corporate and the last 9years in Executive Search, servicing a wide spectrum of clients across all major industries including; Audit, Consulting, Technology and other major industries in manufacturing and mining. Prior to joining EO, Alison spent 10 years in EY as Head of resourcing and accounts and business development. Alison has completed various Executive Assignments across South Africa and Africa, she has placed C-Suite Executives, technical and sales roles in Technology and completed multiple highly-successful Interim projects which include a large scale SAP Implementation at a global mining house. She has managed the EO South Africa office for the last 8 years now and continues her plan to grow the EO footprint across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa with 4 current partners and plans to grow to 6 Industry, Area Leads. Alison also spends much time career coaching, networking and speaking at HR events and holds a Management Diploma from GIBS.
