As a consultant in our technology practice, Connor Krikawa provides strategic advice on talent and innovation to boards and c-suites of growth-stage technology firms. Over his career, Connor has partnered closely with technology-focused private and growth equity firms to recruit chief executive officers, general managers, and go-to-market leaders for their software portfolio companies. Connor joined Russell Reynolds Associates following RRA’s acquisition of Savage Partners, a boutique executive search firm that served middle-market growth equity-backed software businesses, where he was a Principal. During his time at Savage Partners, Connor successfully completed executive search engagements across a wide range of functional disciplines and was a core member of the CEO practice. Connor graduated with a BA from the University of Connecticut.
