I am a Dutch national, born and raised in different countries across the globe and completed schooling in French schools, followed by a degree in International Business in The Netherlands and the USA. I have over 2 decades of international experience in the professional services industry: International Tax, Global Mobility and Executive Search. Over the past years in Executive Search, I have focused on senior positions in sustainability, ESG, and impact spaces since 2021. I work across EMEA with a diverse client base, including scale-ups, family-owned firms, stock-listed conglomerates, and PE-backed portfolio companies. A significant portion of my work has been in B2B markets, particularly in sectors like industrial companies, the Built Environment and Infrastructure, Nature Based Solutions, Circularity, Textiles & Apparel, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture & Food Systems, and Logistics & Transport. I have focused on placing ESG and Sustainability leaders, senior subject-matter experts, and various C-suite & Director positions in impact-driven organizations.
