Steve is a leader in the AlixPartners Restaurants, Hospitality, Travel and Leisure Industry Group, bringing 25 years of experience to solving his client’s most pressing issues. Steve has spent most of the past 20 years supporting companies in the Restaurants, Hospitality, Travel and Leisure industry, across a range of different situations, from managing rapid growth to deep financial distress. Steve’s expertise spans a wide range of areas including growth (product, pricing, marketing, customer service), whole company transformation, efficiency improvement (operating models, headcount reduction, spend reduction), restructuring, due diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, and strategy review. Steve has a Bachelor of Science (Medicine, Honors) degree from the University of Cape Town.
