Özlem Çobankara joined EMA Partners in 2014. Özlem has been a search practitioner for more than 8 years. Her specialties are Executive Search, Assessment, Industry Specific Candidate Benchmarking, Talent Mapping, Compensation, Business & Management Consultancy and Career Coaching. She also has ten years of experience in sales, marketing and management functions for multinational companies including Clariant, Abbott and Adecco. Her career began as a Marketing Specialist at Citibank, which was followed by five years at Clariant as a Human Resources Specialist, where she was responsible for Talent Management activities across nine countries within the MEA Region. Özlem spent two years in Indonesia where she worked for the Turkish Embassy in Jakarta. When she returned to Turkey, she worked for Abbott as Product Specialist, gaining experience in both sales and marketing functions in the pharmaceutical industry. Ozlem’s career in consultancy began in 2007 as an Operations Manager at Adecco, Turkey, where she conducted searches and held the responsibility for P&L, Key Account Management, and Business Development. During her professional experience, she has conducted various recruitment projects for international and local operations in Executive Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Production, Logistics and Planning.
