Trygve worked for 10 years as an associate and Sr associate of Delphi Consulting, the forerunner of Amrop Delphi. After a year and a half as a consultant with a competing firm in Oslo he joined Amrop Delphi as a Consultant in January 2018. Trygve has extensive experience from Executive Search of top management within multiple sectors and industries, private and public sector. Trygve focuses on recruitment of key roles, managers, top management and Board Members. Trygve holds a BSc Economics from the University of Utah, and a MSc Management from the Norwegian School of Management, BI.
