Kristien Janssen - Kaldewaij is an Industry Partner at the Amsterdam office of Odgers Berndtson. She leads the Industry practice and specializes in senior executive assignments for organizations in the transport and logistics sector and the manufacturing industry, including purchasing, supply chain and automotive. Kristien previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Director at Selecta Benelux and has fulfilled various management roles within Randstad Netherlands. In 2016, she won the "Commercial Director of the Year" Award from the Sales Management Association for 2015. Kristien is also active as a supervisory director at Patijnenburg; an organization that matches, advises and guides people with limited employment opportunities. Kristien holds a Master's degree in Law from Leiden University.
