Biography
Mr. Reidy has worked with clients ranging from Global Fortune 10 to start-up organizations in North America, Europe, Asia, South America and Australia designing integrated Reward systems that improve business outcomes. He is passionate about helping clients create high performance cultures, teams and systems.
He brings to the firm over thirty years of experience in human capital, financial and operational consulting. His expertise spans people strategy, broad based reward strategy and systems, executive rewards, mergers and acquisitions and change management.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Reidy was a consulting business leader and Pacific Northwest market leader at a top-tier global advisory firm. Within his region, he led operations for all lines of business, including benefits, retirement, talent management, compensation and digital. Previously, he was a market leader at a global professional services firm, where he led operations throughout Alberta, Canada, across all lines of business.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Reidy held various c-level roles in the energy technology sector and several HR executive roles, including VP, Compensation at JP Morgan Chase and Manager of Organization Effectiveness at Kraft General Foods.
Mr. Reidy holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in marketing and organization behavior from Indiana University, a Certificate in Financial Markets from New York University and a CCP from the World at Work.
