Based out of our Sydney office I strategically oversee our businesses across Australia. Before I changed into search and recruitment, I spent five years practicing as a Corporate Lawyer in Auckland and the city of London. Further to my current leadership role, I partner with our international and Australian law firm client network on strategic, vertical and lateral partner hires. Prior to relocating to Australia in 2019, I spent seven years in North Asia recruiting across the Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai legal markets where I was responsible for brokering and negotiating many of the headline lateral Partner and General Counsel moves. Since joining Taylor Root in 2007, I have worked in our London, Singapore, Hong Kong and now Sydney offices. My personal focus is on recruiting at the Counsel, Partner, Head of Legal and General Counsel level across Australia and North Asia.
