With over a decade of executive recruitment experience, he has recruited senior executives and board members for both domestic and international companies in agribusiness, oil and gas, power and utilities, renewables, mining, construction and professional services. Stefan has extensive experience recruiting energy CEOs, COOs, operating and technical executives. He has also recruited functional human resources and technology leaders across industry sectors. Stefan has deep expertise working with agribusiness, oil and gas, electric utilities, independent power producers and renewable energy companies. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Stefan served as a principal at another executive search firm, where he was responsible for recruitment of senior-level and C-suite leaders in a wide range of industries. Stefan began his career as a consultant in public relations and corporate communications with Hill & Knowlton. Stefan earned his bachelor’s degree from Mount Royal University and his M.B.A. from the University of Calgary.
