Ms. Bosch has broad experience in assessment for selection and development, leadership development engagements, coaching, strategic competency modeling, and designing customized multi-rater feedback instruments. She has also been active in supporting the implementation of large scale projects on an international level. Ms. Bosch has worked in a variety of industries, including automotive, consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare, industrial, IT, technology products and services, telecommunications, and transportation. In the area of coaching, Ms. Bosch specializes in career transitions for executive and mid-level managers. As a coach, she helps clients effectively take on new roles, responsibilities, or enrich their skills to meet new challenges in their current jobs. Her clients develop methods to activate their inherent capabilities and initiate and manage their own change process. Her coaching style is focused on tangible actions, pragmatic steps, and being a trusted partner. Ms. Bosch's background and experience help her devise creative solutions for her clients that can be maintained by the company's internal resources. She involves all relevant stakeholders, ensuring fast implementation and a high degree of support. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Bosch served in a consultant role at PDI Ninth House and Baumgartner & Partner, both in Germany. She holds a master's degree in linguistic and political sciences from the University of Tubingen and has completed postgraduate studies in human resources and organizational development at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie in Stuttgart. She is also a trained legal assistant.
