Electronics engineer and scientist by trade, Minkyo offers operational experience and expertise in power generation, automation and controls and global EPC projects. Prior to joining DHR, Minkyo spent nearly 10 years with Alstom Power HQ in Switzerland. He served on several global positions across diverse functions spanning R&D, operations, strategy and sales. Minkyo began his career as an R&D engineer and moving up to be Portfolio Manager for Power Automation and Control Division. He subsequently worked as Strategy Manager to develop and execute strategic projects in €10 billion global operations group across 31 factories and cross-border supply chain network. In this capacity, Minkyo notably implemented Lean Six-Sigma projects, global restructuring and change management. His last appointment with Alstom was Global Sales and Marketing Manager for the €500 million Steam Turbine Component Business. He is also the founder of Think Outside the Box (TOB) Laboratory, a commercial & industrial design and manufacturing firm specializing in 3D modelling of engineered equipment, and has successfully been running the business to present date. He is also a co-founder of Selli, a fully integrated digital platform venture to create a self-sustaining eco-system to serve Food & Beverage industry from inception to successful operation. Minkyo holds MBA with focus on finance and strategy and earned two Bachelor’s degrees from The University of Melbourne – Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical & Electronics and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
