Prior to joining Up, Lara was Executive Director of the Career Centre at the London Business School where she ran a team responsible for marketing the School’s talent to global recruiters and also providing a full strategic career management curriculum to thousands of students and alumni. Lara spent the first 10 years of her career as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong and was also COO for her Global Capital Markets team in London. She holds a degree in economics from Amherst College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
