Tiago Barduchi, based in São Paulo, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Digital, Technology & Communications , and Financial Services practices. Drawing on years of consulting experience across industries with special focuses on banking and insurance, he helps clients throughout Latin America create and grow new companies and transform their businesses. Tiago forges trust-based relationships with clients’ senior executives and teams to guide them through digital and agile transformations and expand their capabilities. His strengths also include diversity and inclusion. Before joining Egon Zehnder, most recently Tiago served as an Associate Partner in the digital and financial services practices at McKinsey & Co. in São Paulo, supporting a wide range of companies from startups and unicorns all the way to large corporations across multiple industries worldwide, mainly in Latin America but also in the USA, Spain, and Morocco. Earlier he was with Oracle Corporation, also in São Paulo, as an innovation manager and sales consultant for financial solutions and strategy. Tiago earned an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Outside work he enjoys spending time with his wife and their young daughter and pets. Tiago is also passionate about football (and especially the São Paulo FC), video games, science fiction, astronomy and physics, and traveling to other countries to learn about their cultures.
