Monika Cernikova is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She has a decade of consulting experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, focusing on strategy, leadership development, people strategy, organization, and change management. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Monika was a principal with Boston Consulting Group. She led client assignments across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, focusing on consumer, retail, and travel & tourism sectors, including commercial, strategic, and operations topics, and people & organization topics, especially leadership development, people strategy, change management, and organization across industries. Most recently, Monika completed a temporary assignment as interim global head of HR for BCG Gamma, where she also led the people topics agenda as part of the integration of BCG’s digital businesses into BCG X. In addition to client work, Monika was a learning and development director for the office and was as a coach and trainer in various European BCG training programs, covering a variety of sessions for multiple cohorts including new joiners and managers. Monika has completed coaching trainings in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, and has earned a coach accreditation by the International Coaching Certification (ACC level).
