Mr. Werry supports decision makers within Human Resources and Finance by giving insight into the financial consequence of changes in work measurement, reward policies and pension schemes. He also pays attention to the consequences for employees. Examples of results are, depending on the question of the client, a solid advice about the pension scheme including provider selection, the salary policy or the total remuneration package. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2015, he has worked for legacy Korn Ferry. Mr Werry earned his academy agree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Amsterdam in 1994. He is a member of the Dutch Actuarial Association. He holds his Wft (Law on financial services and advisors) certificates Advisor Pension and Advisor Income
