Based in New York, NY, Carrie Califano is a senior member of the Health Care Services Practice and focuses her work across board director, CEO, and other senior leader executive searches. Carrie advises a diverse group of clients comprised of Fortune 500 firms, private equity-backed portfolio companies, managed care organizations, and integrated delivery networks. Carrie’s recent work includes identifying and recruiting next generation value-based care leaders to organizations at the forefront of healthcare transformation. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Carrie led clinical research for a national not-for-profit focused on improving quality, innovation, and patient outcomes in spinal healthcare. Carrie received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Cornell University and her Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Policy at the George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. Carrie is a Pure Barre instructor and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
