Ravi is a Principal with Odgers Berndtson based in Mumbai. He is a member of the firm's Industrial & Financial Services practise with special focus on senior-level mandates across energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, insurance, and non-banking financial sub-sectors. He comes with a rich experience of over two decades in executive search, key account management and project execution. He is a trusted talent partner for clients and advises them for domestic and cross border searches. Over the years, Ravi has worked with many reputed international search firms. Most recently he was the Business Head for one of the reputed boutique search firm and was responsible for growing their India business across verticals. Before entering the search business, Ravi worked in downstream operations with Reliance Industries and was later responsible for operations of their oil terminal and marketing of their industrial petroleum products. His experience in supply chain and retail intensified during a special deputation project with Reliance Retail. He started his career with Ciba Specialty in Engineering project planning and execution. Ravi also worked as change manager at Larsen & Toubro, supporting the Group Executive Chairman in hiring of strategic level positions across sectors such as power, realty, infrastructure, metallurgical and material handling. Ravi holds a Bachelor’s in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Amravati University and Post Graduate Diploma in Business management from Goa Institute of Management.
