With more than eight years of executive search experience, SofÌa has successfully recruited numerous senior executives and led organization transformation and leadership development assignments in both local as well as multinational companies. She has also executed senior executive search projects in other markets. In fact, she brings expertise in the Industrial, Consumer, Retail and Telecommunications markets. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, SofÌa was Consultant at Accenture, specialized in Change Management and Human Resources consulting projects for several multinational companies in Argentina and Chile. She has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
