Ms. Mints has been a critical player in the design, implementation, and delivery of some of the largest, longest running, and most complex recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) engagements. She led the execution of the globe’s largest RPO, rolling out delivery for the same client across over 80 countries. Ms. Mints was on the management team of the worlds longest-running RPO, developing a 15-year relationship with the client, during which time the client moved from a fortune 80 to fortune 10 company. Their partnership has enabled the client to hire the leaders and staff that would transform their organization. Ms. Mints has been providing talent acquisition solutions for over 17 years, with a background in delivery operations, process design, technology design, and performance management. She knows what it takes to set up a recruitment delivery team, and sustain it. Ms. Mints has led 11 RPO delivery centers across the globe and managed delivery teams in over 20 countries, designing, building, and delivering recruitment process. She approaches each account with long-term success in mind, understanding that company size does not correlate to complexity of their total talent solution and engagement needs. Ms. Mints has worked with a number of industries, gaining a deep understanding of the various sourcing strategies, technology solutions, and performance metrics management solutions that impact the success of talent acquisition teams. Ms. Mints attended the University of Texas at Dallas where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
