His approach is action-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on success. His industry experience includes the Family managed businesses, Government sector, Financial Services, Oil and Gas, and Retail sector. His international experience spans having worked and delivered in India, Europe and Middle East. Additionally, he brings his own leadership experience of having led businesses in India and the Middle East. His passion for capability building sees him working closely with C-Suite and COEs members of his clients helping them build solutions for their leadership and talent management strategies, including succession planning, high potential identification, and leadership development programmes.
