Biography
Ms. Dekker partners with executives and senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational strategy. She has experience as both a professional services consultant and internal HR leader to drive and sustain organizational performance through the development and execution of people programs.
Prior to joining the firm, she led the Leadership Development and Campus Recruiting function for DaVita, a Fortune 200 healthcare company. Preceding that role, she was a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice. She has also worked for Accenture in their Talent and Organizational Performance practice.
Ms. Dekker brings over ten years of experience in talent and change management. She specializes in global organizational transformation, HR transformation, and merger integration. Her areas of expertise include HR strategy, talent strategy, change management, complex program management, strategic communications, leadership alignment, employee engagement, HR analytics, learning, leadership development, facilitation, and coaching.
She has advised Fortune 100 companies across industries, including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, semiconductors, power and utilities, oil and gas, financial services, and travel and transportation.
Ms. Dekker holds a bachelors degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is certified as an Associate Coach by Integral Coaching Canada.
