Biography
With over 25 years of experience leading professional services teams, Doug has deep expertise driving key account development programs and serving as a global client account leader.
As Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for GE Transportation’s Digital Solutions business prior to joining Korn Ferry, Doug led marketing, business development, product strategy, and partners & alliances for a $400M digital business developing and implementing systems for freight transportation optimization and operational management.
Prior to GE, Doug led PwC’s US Sales Network driving over $1.8B in credited sales annually and over $4B in total sales. In that role, he revamped sales recruiting, comp, training and development and account assignment leading to significant improvements in sales productivity, integration with PwC sectors & practices, and increased diversity within the Client Relationship organization.
Earlier experiences include a dozen years as a top Client Relationship Executive at PwC and ten years as a delivery consultant for Scient Corporation and Deloitte Consulting. Doug’s consulting expertise includes digital transformation, organizational development, risk and compliance, enterprise systems and supply chain management. He has also had line management roles in product development, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing operations.
Doug has a Bachelor of Arts, Human Biology, Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA and a Masters in Business Administration, Anderson School of Management, UCLA.
