As Executive Partner, Kirk focuses on the strategic vision for Vaco Memphis, along with Vaco’s Tampa and Birmingham offices. Kirk also works closely with the Vaco Risk Solutions team, which he helped to build. He was one of the founding leaders of Vaco’s technology practice which served as the initial foundation for the Memphis office. Prior to building Vaco’s Memphis office from the ground up, Kirk spent almost six years at an internationally acclaimed strategic staffing firm. Before that, he brokered bond futures and options at the Chicago Board of Trade. Kirk is an active member of the Memphis community and is involved with many organizations including serving as a board member for Orphanos, a founding partner of the Memphis AMA chapter, and several technology user groups. He recently received the Small Business Executive of the Year award from the Memphis Business Journal. Outside of the office, he is a husband and father to three boys. He is an active runner, and enjoys the occasional marathon.
