Mr. Wood is recognized for his knowledge of technology leadership across financial markets and has completed senior-level search assignments in all areas of technology across investment banking, capital markets, asset management, and broader financial services in all the principal financial centers around the world. Mr. Wood has delivered assignments for large technology-based multinationals at a regional and global level and works closely with the global CIO practice. He has an additional track record across operations, transformation and Fintech. Mr. Wood joined Korn Ferry from a leading financial services boutique where he built their technology practice over five years. Prior to this he worked in the technology practice for an international financial services search firm and spent his earlier career within the technology practice at another leading search firm. Mr. Wood has a degree in computer science from Oxford Brookes University.
