Michael is a partner in True’s Stockholm office. He focuses on board, C-level and general management searches in operations, commercial, and technical functions, spending most of his time working in founder led, earlier stage growth and venture funded B2B and B2C technology businesses. Prior to joining True, Michael worked at Renovata partners in London, New York, and Stockholm. Previously he was vice president, people at TOA Technologies, an enterprise SaaS market leader that was acquired by Oracle. He also served as chief people officer at Aver Informatics, a data analytics startup disrupting the U.S. healthcare sector. He started his career in executive search as an early member of Christian & Timbers and also held senior leadership roles in human resources and talent acquisition at Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications/journalism from Kent State University and studied business administration/law at Cleveland State University. He lives in Stockholm with his wife and two dogs.
