Gaëlle is an Executive Director in Sheffield Haworth’s Talent Development and Advisory business practice, working closely with the Insurance practice. She has a background in insurance and has been the lead in executive search assignments in this market both in the UK and globally, operating at board and senior leadership level. Over the last 10 years, she has developed a specialism in executive leadership assessment and now heads up the Sheffield Haworth’s Assessment practice. Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Gaëlle worked for a boutique executive search firm servicing the insurance sector which she joined in 2005. As an international HR professional, she gained her expertise with AXA in Singapore and AEGON Direct Marketing Services, initially based in London and later in Texas. Gaëlle was also an international mobility specialist. Gaëlle is a certified Hogan assessor. She graduated with a French Master’s in Business Law completed at the University of Grenoble (France). She has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and the US. Gaëlle is fluent in French and English.
