Natalie joined the Six Degrees Melbourne team in 2015 as a Talent Engagement Specialist providing research and resourcing support, including talent mapping, to the Marketing & Digital and Retail teams. She has since been promoted to an executive consultant, specialising in contract recruitment in the FMCG and Consumer Goods space across Marketing, Category and Sales. Prior to joining Six Degrees, Natalie worked in a specialist creative recruitment agency in a talent engagement capacity across a number of industry sectors including design and digital. Natalie is passionate about going the extra mile in supporting and coaching her candidates, preparing them for their job search, and loves partnering closely with clients to understand their needs so that she can support them through delivering exceptional immediately available talent.
