Richard serves as Director in the Nashville office, bringing over sixteen years of experience in executive search. He is deeply rooted in the industry, having owned and led his own firm, later serving as Vice President and CIO for a boutique firm specializing in healthcare. He has successfully partnered with his clients to find best-fit solutions in the C-suite and senior-level within multiple healthcare disciplines. Richard is a solutions-oriented executive search consultant who combines data-driven decision making, expert sourcing ability, and relationship building to foster results-driven recruitment strategies. A talented collaborator and consensus-builder with the ability to forge connections at all levels of an organization, Richard offers a vast knowledge of human resources and staffing strategies, as well as expertise in advanced search methodologies and social media integration. Prior to beginning his career in executive search, Richard worked as an Orthopaedic First Assistant and Physician Assistant. Richard received his bachelor’s in biology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his master’s in applied health science from Trevecca Nazarene, Nashville. Richard also serves on several Boards in the Maryville and Knoxville communities and is an avid golfer.
