Before joining True, Mark was with Heidrick & Struggles in the global technology and venture capital practice. He joined that firm in 2008 upon its acquisition of IronHill Partners, a venture capital-focused retained search firm. Previously, Mark was the human capital partner for St. Paul Venture Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund. Mark began his professional career at Arthur Andersen.
