Her successful experience in business development, management and implementation of compliance programs is vital in delivering the consistent and outstanding service that Sightcast provides within the executive placement industry. El has been involved in strategic leadership and growth management, as well as risk management throughout her career. She also performed client financial analysis, operational assessment and implementation of best business practices. Her years of experience in business development through commercial and construction lending provided the opportunity to grow and enhances her passion for business. El is an avid foodie and wine lover. She enjoys cooking and growing beautiful things. She spends most of her free time outdoors on the coast with family and friends and her two pups, Piper and Charlie.
