Tommi Lankila works across industries to advise clients on their strategic hires. He is an advocate for long-term sustainability thinking and bringing diversity of thought in decision making. Majority of his recent work has concentrated on mid-to-large cap industrial, technology, social impact, education, and consumer sector organizations: CEO/MD, C-suite, corporate officer, and Business Unit leader searches. Due to his broad education, experience and understanding of different cultures and organizations, Tommi brings in micro and macro lens perspective and risk-analysis to challenge the status quo and look for a wide spectrum of potential solutions and talent scenarios. Tommi holds a PhD and an MA in history from Princeton University, another PhD (Dottorato di Ricerca) in Storia e Scienze filosofico-sociali from the University of Rome ‘Tor Vergata’, and an MA and a BA in classics from the University of Helsinki.
