Ms. Harrison is an Associate Client Partner in the Healthcare advisory practice, based out of the firms San Francisco office.
As a trusted advisor, consultant and operations leader, she is passionate about helping healthcare organizations build a best-in-class human capital function by making the complex simple through strategic and culture alignment, improved processes, and execution of the right talent strategies to meet business objectives.
She is an expert at elevating organizations conversations by drawing on a unique business-oriented approach to Talent Management; turning the workforce planning and talent lifecycle process into a true asset by influencing business and workforce strategic alignment through improving programs and process that drive business results. Fosters an exceptional customer experience, engaging key stakeholders to innovate and implement best-in-class recruitment, development and retention strategies.
With over 20 years of progressive healthcare expertise in for-profit, not-for-profit, ancillary and academia settings, Ms. Harrison's diverse experience has allowed her to develop acute insights and problem-solving responses in support of her clients and their organizations.
She joins Korn Ferry from a global talent firm where she led their Healthcare RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and Talent Management growth strategy for complex business transformations. Prior she was with Alexian Brothers Health System and Banner Health, serving in system level leadership roles, driving organizational strategy and change management initiatives, building and executing the organizations strategic workforce planning framework and leading the recruitment and on-boarding efforts.
Ms. Harrison holds a bachelor's degree in organizational development from Regis University and an associate of science degree in dietetics from Madison Area Technical College. She received her HR strategy and metrics qualifications from the American Strategic Management Institute of Washington, DC.
