Patrick manages large scale engagements for Korn Ferry’s marquee clients. He helps business leaders and HR professionals maximize the potential of their people using research-based approaches to leadership development, assessment, and team effectiveness. As a leadership consultant, Patrick specializes in working with senior leaders to build self- awareness. He has a reputation for listening astutely and helping crystalize insights that spark change. In addition to his client-facing work, Patrick manages a team of Consultants and is responsible for their growth and development in the firm. Patrick completed a Master’s in Business Administration at NYU Stern School of Business, with a specialization in Leadership and Change Management. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Minnesota, focused on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
