Carlos Versteele is a Leadership Management Consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Brussels office, where he specialises in talent management services. With 30 years of management consultancy experience, Carlos's skills include multi-national organisational development, business process re-engineering, ICT strategic planning, ERP implementation, change management, business culture change, management reviews and enterprise governance advice. Prior management positions include a European and global consultancy business function from 2002 to 2005 at IBM. He worked as Managing Partner of several consultancy practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Price Waterhouse during the 90s. Previously, he was Financial Director at Eli Lilly and Management Consultant with Ernst & Whinney. He started his career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Ghent, then worked as an Analyst at CERN, and later as a Project Leader with GTE. Carlos holds master's degrees in Mechanical & Electro-technical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering from the University of Ghent. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
