Maija Tähti is a consultant based in our Helsinki office. She is currently living in Tallinn. Maija enjoys helping the clients with Executive Search, assessments, and leadership advisory in several industry sectors, for example, IT& tech and Life science. She is especially interested in the growth of new businesses and helping companies to find their potential through great people and leadership. Maija is licensed psychologist, and she holds BSc (Psychology) from Sweden and MSc (Psychology) from Finland. Maija is familiar with various assessment tools and methods and possesses several certifications in Occupational Testing. She is fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish, and she speaks Estonian on a basic level. Maija's pre-consultancy career includes over 10 years of experience within professional recruitment and talent management. She has also wide experience within HR and she has over 10 years of leadership & management experience. Maija is currently certifying herself to becoming a business coach. Maija promises to deliver high quality with quick pace and is keen to understand the customer’s specific needs and requirements.
